Dump Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cans fruit pie filling or 1 can crushed pineapple + 1 can cherry/peach filling
- 1 box yellow or white cake mix (dry)
- 1/2–1 cup (1–2 sticks) butter, sliced into pats
- Optional: chopped nuts or cinnamon

Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread fruit filling in a 9×13 pan.
2. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over fruit (do not stir).
3. Dot top with butter pats to cover as much surface as possible.
4. Bake 45–55 minutes until golden and bubbly; cool slightly before serving.
