Elote Dip

Ingredients
- 3 cups corn kernels (grilled/charred or canned, drained)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream or Mexican crema
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija or feta
- 1–2 teaspoons chili powder or Tajín
- Juice of 1 lime
- Cilantro, salt; tortilla chips

Steps
1. Char corn in a hot skillet if needed; cool slightly.
