Sourdough Discard Crackers

Ingredients
- 1 cup sourdough discard (unfed)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, plus flaky salt for topping
- Optional: herbs, garlic powder, sesame or everything seasoning
Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix discard, oil, salt, and seasonings into a thin batter.
2. Spread very thin on a parchment-lined sheet.
3. Score into cracker shapes; sprinkle flaky salt.
4. Bake 20–30 minutes until deep golden and crisp; cool completely.
